For accountants and bookkeepers
Clients who sell across borders deserve an accountant who can keep helping them.
Finify calculates their VAT per country, so your firm can do that without the legwork.

I’m Jasper, co-founder of Finify. We see more and more firms turning away clients who sell across borders, because the VAT becomes too much work. We want to change that. Have we already spoken? Then everything is laid out below. If not: read along, and book a call afterwards. Feel free to bring a client file.

How we work together
You stay the adviser
Finify calculates; you review and advise. You file the returns in other countries yourself, or we’re happy to do it with you for your client, together with our partner.
Less legwork
Finify determines the VAT rate, the country of filing and the scheme for every sale. Including stock in another country, imports from outside the EU and areas outside EU VAT. You get an overview per country and per period, ready to review.
A service you can add
Clients who sell across Europe can stay with you, instead of being referred elsewhere or advised against it.
Which clients it’s for
- Sells online to consumers in several EU countries, through their own web shop or marketplaces.
- Is above the €10,000 annual threshold for sales to consumers in other EU countries, or close to it.
- Keeps stock in another EU country, or buys from outside the EU.

Your clients’ data stays in the EU and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We recently started using Finify to quickly see the VAT amounts we owe per country. Works smoothly!

Questions from firms
Who is the contracting party: my client or my firm?
Finify. Your client signs the agreement with Finify themselves; you work in Finify on your client’s behalf and remain their adviser.
What does it cost, and is there a discount for firms?
Firms with 10 or more client accounts get a volume discount: 10% from 10 accounts and 20% from 20. Each web shop counts as one account. The prices per plan are on the Pricing page.
Can I manage several clients in Finify?
Yes. You work for several clients in Finify, each with their own environment.
How do the figures get into my own software?
There is no direct connection with accounting software yet. You export the overview per country and period as CSV or Excel and process it in your own software. We’re happy to tailor the export to your situation.
Who is responsible if a calculation is wrong?
Finify calculates based on the sales provided and the rules that apply. The review and the return stay with the firm, or are done together with the firm and our partner. [Fill in the exact arrangement on responsibility.]
